You will be responsible for the workmanship and quality of all products serviced and repaired. As a technician, you will follow all procedures set forth to insure the highest quality products possible, and youust complete all assigned repairs in an efficient and timely manner.
Test and repair units returned by customer to General Monitors factory specifications for current and obsolete products.
Complete service repair worksheet report and enter repair information into our SAP system.
Maintain current file of product changes and modifications.
Create and update Customer Quality Notification (CQN) information in SAP. Perform Return Materials Authorization (RMA) receiving and shipping duties as required.
Provide production support as needed.
Perform offsite service calls as necessary, requiring minimal travel – national and international.
