We are looking for a dynamic Sr Supply Chain System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building project plans, ensuring adherence to project schedules, and maintaining a systems orientation for projects that align the SCM process to MSA’s Supply Chain Management World Operating Model (WOM). This position will also participate and lead work streams as part of regional and global supply chain initiatives. Provides ad-hoc analysis and actionable recommendations, drives continuous improvement in the areas of supply chain planning, inventory optimization, end to end lead time reduction, and customer service.
Description of duties and responsibilities:
Identify and analyze data to determine root causes, develop business cases, test/implement solutions and prioritize competing program opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders at multiple levels internal and external to MSA, and dynamically lead teams to define and deliver solutions.
Provide escalation management, anticipate bottlenecks, make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
Compare MSA Supply Chain processes with industry standards, best practices and identify weakness or areas that require improvements.
Partner with business owners to educate best practice and gain an understanding of the requirements and obstacles that would retard the movement to best practice.
Provide functional solutions, including business process optimization and integration with other SAP modules to achieve best practice
