In this role, you will be responsible for overall Legal project management, including plan development, day-to-day management and communications, including large litigation cases. This includes managing a high quality output and executing processes needed to manage projects to conclusion. This role will also support the litigation team, manage vendor deadlines, and assist with strategic planning.


Drive Project Execution and Proactively Monitor Project Status

  • Collaborate effectively with the Legal team as well as 3rd party vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goals
  • Exercise independent judgement with regards to project management
  • Manage deadlines and maintain responsibility for coordinating on-time deliverables
  • Take initiative to drive project completion


Communication and Legal Administration

  • Develop communication plan to gather and share timetables, action trackers, project plans and project scope to gain consensus among stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Monitor milestones, thresholds and benchmarks and report to team on a scheduled basis


Provide Recommendations for Continuous Improvement and Contribute to the Strategic Vision

  • Using project management skills, develop system to track and monitor progress
  • Utilize process mapping and in-house resources to drive innovation and efficiencies
  • Opportunity to assist with strategic development of Legal process/projects
  • Share learned knowledge and collaborate with the Legal team to implement best practices for future projects




Education (required): 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate discipline

Education (preferred):

  • Master’s degree in related discipline


Experience (required):


All Level Knowledge Skill and Ability Requirements:

  • Proven project management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and triage projects
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Proficient with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

Level I:

  • 2 years working experience
  • Experience with project management

Level II:

  • 4 years relevant experience
  • MBA may be substituted for up to 2 years of relevant experience
  • 2 years proven experience in project management 

Level III:

  • 6 years relevant experience
  • MBA may be substituted for up to 2 years of relevant experience
  • 3 years’ proven experience in project management

Experience (preferred): 

  • Prior experience in the litigation process for a global company
  • Legal project management experience
