    We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Management Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Director Global Talent Management, you will be responsible for partnering with HR and business leaders on the development, execution, and management of global strategic learning and leadership development initiatives, programs and processes, to meet organizational needs.     Responsibilities

    Description of duties and responsibilities:

     

    • Partner with key HR and business leadership stakeholders to identify needs in support of development programs that align with business objectives.
    • Lead project teams in the design, development & implementation of various programming solutions
    • Develop, implement, and support the learning strategy for all employee development.
    • Develop resources and structures to facilitate experience-based, social, and formal learning (70-20-10); and to support post-learning application and reflection.
    • Conduct group facilitation activities and train the trainer instruction.
    • Evaluate and recommend vendors to support training, development, change management, or other learning & development needs. Manage the vendor relationship, implementation, and administration (AMA, IMS, CCL, Skillsoft, etc.)
    • Evaluate and recommend assessments to support strategic learning and leadership development.
    • Deliver, analyze, and provide feedback on psychometric assessments (360’s, DiSC, etc.) in order to develop individual action plans for associates & leaders.
    • Conduct 1:1 associate development coaching.
    • Develop communication plans and strategies in support of learning and development initiatives.
    • Create presentations, internal messages and other means of communicating.
    • Perform other TM / HR work as required.
    • Create and manage assessment processes and tools to support HR associate and leader coaching.
    • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically.

    Qualifications

    Special knowledge, skills and abilities required:

     

    • Experience designing and delivering business learning curriculum
    • Proficient in Adult Learning, behavior change, psychometric assessments, and / or customized leadership development / training / coaching
    • Must be a proficient facilitator
    • Ability to think critically and creatively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of basic Human Resources skills

    Preferred:

     

    • DDI Certification
    • Other Certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCL, HCI, ATD, Teaching/Instruction, etc.)
    • Experience in developing programs and implementing globally
    • Business acumen

     

    Education and experience required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, education or related field; Four years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
    • This position is available at three different career levels depending on experience, education, etc:
      • Level I - TM Specialist:  3 years of experience working in Human Resources, Talent Management or  related field
      • Level II – TM Advisor: 5 years of experience working in Human Resources, Talent Management or  related field
      • Level III – Sr. TM Advisor:  5 years of experience working in Human Resources, Talent Management or related field; 3 years of experience with a strong track record in project / program management

    Preferred:

     

    • Masters Degree
