We are looking for a dynamic network analyst who has strong technical knowledge or aptitude to learn to administrate and configure MSA’s unified communications technology and solutions. This candidate would be a valuable member of the Global IT Network and Communications team responsible for supporting and/or managing global projects and requests relating to the following technology: Voice-IP Telephony, Contact Center, Video/Audio/Desktop Conferencing, Mobility, Multimedia/AV, and corresponding Data Network Equipment (router & switch). Description of duties and responsibilities:
Administration of Telecommunications – Unified Communications Systems
Support of Global Contact Center Solutions
Administration Support of Network Technology Systems
Manage Video/Audio/Web Conferencing Solutions
Manage Wireless/Mobile Services
Special knowledge, skills and abilities required:
Education and experience required:
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Information systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Coursework or hands on experience with Cisco Systems
MSA IT experience or with a corporate enterprise
Knowledge of IP Subnetting, Qos/CoS, and IPv4/IPv6 addressing schemes
