    We are looking for a Regional Marketing Communications Manager! While reporting to the Director, Global Digital Demand Creation, the successful incumbent will have the opportunity to build the MSA brand by developing, executing and measuring strategic integrated marketing campaigns and contribute to product launch efforts to successfully promote MSA markets, products and services, ultimately helping to increase sales. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure brand messaging remains consistent across all channels.     Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Manage, coach, and support US & CA Marketing Communications team
    • Plan and oversee tactical execution of regional marketing communication plans
    • Manage content marketing strategy
    • Drive and execute US trade-show strategy
    • Oversee regional digital and social strategies; manage tactical execution
    • Oversee nurture and drip campaigns with marketing automation software
    • Plan, oversee and manage budgets for US & CA cost centers for marketing communications and trade-shows
    • Set appropriate campaign KPIs and provide metrics and analytics on success

     

    Qualifications

    Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:

     

    • Proven ability to execute a structured approach to creating content and a thorough understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms
    • Proven success with digital execution: SEM, SEO, retargeting, remarketing, etc.
    • Superb written and oral communications skills
    • Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders
    • Critical thinking and strategic planning skills
    • Flexible, self-starter, able to work independently, set priorities, manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
    • Creative, ‘outside of the box” thinker
    • Up to 20% domestic and international travel.

     

    Education and Experience Required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
    • Minimum of eight (8) years relevant marketing experience 
    • Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing people
    • Marketing automation/email marketing experience

    Preferred:

     

    • Masters Degree in a related field
    • Marketing communications experience directly related to B2B
    • Advertising or interactive agency experience
    • Marketo marketing automation experience
    • Global marketing experience
    • Corporate blog experience
