    Working alongside experienced IT professionals, interns have a unique opportunity to apply their academic learning to products that protect lives in communities around the world. The Summer 2019 IT Support Intern reports to the Tech Support Manager and is responsible for assisting the Support Center team with trouble shooting computer-related issues.  Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:



    • Providing desktop support to professional associates
    • Hardware Troubleshooting
    • Software Troubleshooting
    • Assisting with current ticket volume Support Center (Desktop Support)
    • Special IT projects as needed



    Special knowledge, skills and abilities required:

    • Creative problem solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Experienced knowledge of PC hardware and software. 

    Education and experience required:

    •  Incumbent should be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a  technology related degree program.

    • Must have completed at least one semester of Sophomore year 


    • Junior or Senior status
