    We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional with a passion for learning to join our team. By supporting the Talent Management team's major initiatives and daily activities, you will have the opportunity to impact strategic projects that shape our company's culture.     Description of duties and responsibilities:

    • Assist with TM projects, initiatives and programs as needed, including ownership of project components, preparation of materials, and coordinating schedules of presenters.
    • Acts as the technical lead or coordinator on all TM projects and activities.
    • Coordinates/schedules sessions for employees, managers, and HR around learning and development (L&D). This includes room setup, meeting invitations, catering, follow up, etc.
    • Acts as system administrator for programs and processes around L&D such as Rosetta Stone, Leadership Mirror, Skill Soft, etc.
    • Assists in the creation of various L&D tools via Microsoft Suite (power point, excel, word, etc). Able to provide content support in editing, writing, designing formats, and providing graphic support.
    • Provides analyst level support to TM projects by creating graphs, spreadsheets, and helping create data related analysis.
    • Process and/or tracks all invoices related to TM programs (outside of Talent Acquisition).
    • Provides back-up support for Talent Acquisition Coordinator when appropriate and as needed.


    Special knowledge, skills and abilities required:

    • Excellent computer and software skills; ability to use HTML
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Acute attention to detail and follow up skills
    • Strong customer service orientation, along with the proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume, fast paced work environment
    • Excellent in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestic/international


    • Experience with ATS / CTS
    • Experience with global mobility
    • SAP

    Education and experience required:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • This position is available at two different career levels based upon experience, education, etc:
      • Level one: 1 years related HR and / or learning & development experience
      • Level two: 2 years related HR and / or learning & development experience


    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Learning or Development, Education or related field
    • Related HR certification
