    We are looking for a dynamic systems analyst who has strong technical knowledge or aptitude to learn to administrate and configure MSA’s recent and ongoing Office 365 initiatives. This candidate would be a valuable member of the Global Infrastructure Operations team responsible for supporting storage, messaging, collaboration, virtualization, data center, and much more.  If this sounds like an exciting opportunity, then we want to hear from you! 

     

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Description of duties and responsibilities:

    • Proactively manage and administer robust Office 365 Tenant administration (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Skype for Business/Teams, SharePoint, Azure, ADFS).
    • Provide implementation and support of system(s) solutions according MSA standards, policies and procedures.
    • Assist and consult with other IT administrators at all global MSA sites regarding Office 365 computing services and compatibility between sites.
    • Maintain and update system documentation, design and equipment configurations.
    • Work with third-party vendors and consultants on developing system-specific skills within the Office 365 suite of products.
    • Provide primary support and operational knowledge of Office 365 activities.
    • Manage and monitor the security controls protecting cloud computing services.  Recommend to management computing security process improvements in conjunction with Cyber Security Team.

    • Ensure the availability and recovery of critical information by maintaining and administering the Office 365 backup capabilities.

    • Provide ongoing analysis of Office 365 cloud infrastructure for optimal operation, integrity and stability.

    • Office 365 monitoring service health, and management of Microsoft service requests.
    • Support SharePoint form administration and management including associated workflows.
    • Contributor to disaster recovery planning and execution.
    • Align customer requirements for O365 implementation readiness.
    • Gather and assess business requirements, develop and present solutions, produce design and migrating strategy documents, and provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client.
    • Assist with developing and managing project plans to effectively implement information technology solutions.

    • Assist with determining resource needs to complete project.

    • Meet project schedule and/or milestones.

    • Willingness to travel from 1-10% domestic and international.
       

    Qualifications

    Special knowledge, skills and abilities required:

    • Experience with several Microsoft environments, specifically server administration, DNS, Active Directory, and Exchange Administration.
    • Office 365 Tenant administration (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Skype for Business/Teams, SharePoint, Azure, ADFS).
    • Experience in supporting users of Office 365 in a global organization.
    • Strong understanding in managing user authentication through global ADFS.
    • Experience with managing secure environments using MFA, DLP, RM, ATP, and encryption.
    • Ability to create PowerShell scripts to schedule repeatable Office 365 actions.

     

    Education and experience required:

    • This position is available at two different career levels based upon experience, education, etc:
      • Level I: 3 years help desk or Microsoft server administration experience.
      • Level II:  5 years help desk and/or Microsoft server administration experience.  2+ years’ experience and well versed in Office 365 environments

     

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, Computer Science or related discipline.
    • Office 365 or any other Microsoft certifications.
