We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager for Globe PPE Products. While reporting to the Fire Service Segment Manager, NNA (Northern North America), the successful incumbent will be responsible for all customer-facing marketing activities for their product lines and core markets including: developing go-to-market strategies to generate demand, providing support to MSA sales managers, channel partners, and customer service, developing and driving digital and social media marketing communications initiatives. This role will provide the opportunity to demonstrate an understanding of the various customer personas within the US and Canadian fire service markets, the complete buying cycle, and key customer pain points to create powerful messaging and differentiated solutions for customers. In addition, this role will provide direct support to the Chief Operating Officer of Globe, responsible for assisting and leading additional sales, marketing, and business integration activities.
