Implementation of New Web Content:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on best practices for content organization
  • Design responsive layouts and develop new HTML and CSS to support creation of landing pages that fit within established corporate branding and campaign styles
  • Create new product pages using templates available in content management system
  • Perform image editing tasks such as resizing, thumbnail creation, and file format conversions using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Upload and manage metadata for images, videos and other digital assets
  • Create and edit Google Tag Manager tags and/or triggers as required

Maintenance of Existing Web Content:

  • Implement revisions to existing product pages, landing pages and other web content via CMS as requested by Marketing and other internal stakeholders
  • Respond to internal customer requests submitted via Jira Service Desk in a timely manner
  • Review web content regularly to ensure accuracy, timeliness and relevance
  • Ensure web content governance and best practices are followed

Support Day-to-Day Operations:

  • Participate in testing of new site initiatives, features & functionality
  • Assist with identifying and troubleshooting issues affecting system functionality
  • Offer feedback to enhance processes and functionality associated with


Special Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Required:

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task multiple projects at once and constantly reprioritize tasks 

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or IT related field
    • 4 years relevant work experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, IT or related field
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Experience working with Bootstrap, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience working in a global environment
